The hand-picked grapes are de-stemmed and pressed. The must remains in contact with the skins for a few hours and then subjected to soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
At the producer 5-6 months in stainless steel tanks. At least one month of bottle aging.
2 years (even if it is preferable to consume it in the first year).
Soft pink with orange reflections.
Intense notes of black cherry, red fruits such as currants and roses.
Balanced, fresh, with fruity notes that reflect the olfactory perspective.
Perfect with fish and white meat dishes, or as an aperitif.
The historical label
The label represents a dedication to Ines, Marta’s grandmother: stylist and model maker, she conceived the truly original dress that appears on the label of our rosé. It is a tribute to all successful women who, with commitment, courage, and a little madness, choose to follow their talents.
